FEE POLICY
Term fees must be paid by week three each term as indicated on the invoice. At intervals throughout the year you may be issued with two invoices per term due to costs such as fabric, dress making, music production, competition entry and venue hire.
If you are sending the fees to training with your child please send them in a clearly labelled envelope with your child's name and what your payment is for, e.g. term one fees, etc.
Fees must be paid by cash, cheque or direct deposit (preferred) to Katie Cummings
Fees vary depending on the team and the number of hours they train each week, but are approximately $100 per term (not including costs of music, costumes, sequins, competition entry, etc). If you require specific information regarding fees, please contact Katie Cummings.

Parents who experience difficulties, contact Katie Cummings to negotiate payment.
What costs will there be?
Each team member will be invoiced throughout the year for the following items:
Secondary- $15.00 per session
Cost approx. $55.00
There will also be an Activ8 club bag for purchase in 2013. Order forms will be emailed for those who wish to purchase one at a cost of $50.00
All expenses concerned with travel, competition days etc. are at the families expense. These costs are approximately $500 per person travelling interstate.
